IdeaHub LLC

Terms of Service

IdeaHub operates the IdeaHub platform. In these terms, “IdeaHub,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the platform operator.

1. Eligibility, authority, and accounts

2. Marketplace use

IdeaHub supports invention, buyer challenge, vendor opportunity, access-request, application, workspace, agreement, and deal workflows. You must use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Do not scrape, misuse protected disclosures, circumvent access controls, misrepresent identity or authority, or move communications outside the platform to evade applicable obligations.

3. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the workflows you choose. You are responsible for having the rights and authority to submit content. IdeaHub may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts for safety, legal, policy, or agreement reasons.

4. Agreements and transactions

Buyer, vendor, challenge, workspace, agreement-in-principle, and final-agreement terms may supplement these Terms. If they conflict, a signed Final Agreement controls the parties’ commercial relationship, the workflow-specific agreement controls that workflow, and these Terms control use of IdeaHub.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Paid subscriptions are role-specific and may be additive. Prices, included features, limits, billing intervals, and renewal dates are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled; cancellation takes effect as shown in the billing interface, ordinarily at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Credits are limited platform units used only for eligible IdeaHub features. Unless expressly required by law or stated at purchase, credits have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are nonrefundable after use. Purchased-credit treatment, expiration if any, and refund eligibility are governed by the purchase screen and applicable law.

6. Third-party services

IdeaHub may rely on payment, communications, phone verification, email, AI, cloud hosting, security, malware scanning, analytics, support, and other providers. Their services and terms may apply.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaHub and its features, content, trust indicators, AI output, and user interactions are provided “as is” and “as available.” IdeaHub disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law. IdeaHub’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of amounts paid during the preceding 12 months or US$100, except where prohibited by law.

8. Disputes and changes

Before filing a claim, you and IdeaHub will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve it through written notice. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by California law and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California. We may modify these Terms prospectively and will communicate material changes as required.
